Position Title: Weekend Site Manager  

Summary – The Weekend Site Manager oversees tour operations, volunteers and assists in a variety of operational tasks.

Required Skills
*Strong written and communications skills required.  
*Must be able to effectively communicate a passion for history, art, and culture and become well-versed in leading tours.

Preferred Experience
*Experience  in arts and culture organization preferred, passion for arts and culture required.

*College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Duties
*Coordinates tours with other staff members between two sites.

*Operates cash register and answers phones providing site information.

*Assist with other pertinent responsibilities as assigned.
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*10 hours per week.

*Compensation commensurate with experience.

Position Title: Grants and Enterprise Manager  


Summary – The Grants and Enterprise Manager assists the Executive Director by supporting organizational funding through the sales of program sponsorships and facility rentals, and also through the coordination of grants management.   

Required Skills
*Strong written and communications skills required. 

*Must be able to effectively communicate a passion for history, art, and culture and Ruthmere’s role of being a leader in our region.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

*Ability to efficiently manage grant prospect research, application process and administer grants.

*Sales closing abilities.  Must be able to effectively cultivate  and manage sales prospects and close sponsorship sales.

Preferred Experience
*Sales or grant writing experience strongly preferred.
*Knowledge of Elkhart County non-profit resources and fundraising landscape.

*Experience  in arts and culture organization preferred, passion for arts and culture required.

*College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Duties
*Assist Executive Director with strategic planning and execution on funding initiatives.

*Develop and maintain growth in a variety of categories by cultivating new and existing Business memberships, Program sponsorships and grants administration.

*Represent Ruthmere publicly in business outreach environments.

*Create monthly and quarterly reports outlining funding results in relation to established goals.

*Assist with other pertinent responsibilities as assigned.

*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*21 hours per week.

*Compensation commensurate with experience.
