Gallery Talk- “A Girl’s Education: 19th Century American Marking Samplers”

Beth Hall, Ruthmere docent, will present a Gallery Talk on, “A Girl’s Education: 19^th Century American Marking Samplers” on Thursday, March 2nd, at 11 am. She will also be talking about the Mary Ann Beardsley sampler that is on display at the Havilah Beardsley House. Gallery Talks feature a twenty-minute discussion on an object/artwork within the Ruthmere collection or a person or event in local history.
