Elkhart Summer Celebration Cookout 2026: A Ruthmere Signature Event Fundraiser
Elkhart Summer Celebration Cookout will be held on Saturday August 15, 2026 from 4-8 pm at the Beardsley Discovery Center! Biggest, best block party you've ever seen!
| Fine Food and Beverages! Admission to this general public event includes premium fare including grilled steak, salmon, portobello mushrooms and vegetables prepared on site, along with gourmet sides and cheesecake cups and brownies with toppings from the Galley Catering and drink tickets. Local craft beers including Brass Elk, Wedgewood, Iechyd Da, and Westwind will be on tap as well as a full bar with specialty cocktails just for the summer heat. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase for $10 per ticket. Water will be available at no extra expense. Live Music and Games! Dance band Mr. Z will be performing in the dance tent. Corn Hole in the Havilah Beardsley House front yard! Main Street will closed between Beardsley Avenue and Crawford Street for participant parking. The Summer Celebration Cookout is a fundraiser event. All proceeds support the Ruthmere Arts and History Campus. |
